I can confirm that gnome-activity-journal from jammy-proposed has fixed
the bug for me.
Test done:
install gnome-activity-journal and try to open "/bin/gnome-activity-
journal" and confirm that it fails to open.
Added jammy-proposed to apt sources.
install gnome-activity-journal from jammy-proposed.
confirmed that gnome-activity-journal opens when "/bin/gnome-activity-
journal" is executed in a terminal.
Also, followd the testplan for the sanity test and confirmed gnome-
activity-journal opens on all the cases/
