Thanks for the bug report. It sounds like you're referring to the Ubuntu
Dock.
While the problem is happening, please open a Terminal (Ctrl+Alt+T) and
run:
journalctl -b0 > journal.txt
gnome-extensions list --enabled > extensions.txt
Then attach the resulting text files here.
