Issue:
If the charging cable is plugged in, the laptop won't boot up (both
normal and recovery modes) with the "6.8.0-38-generic" kernel.
However, no issues with the "6.8.0-36-generic" kernel.
The issue started appearing this week, first noticed either on Monday or
Tuesday.
