In current Oracular file /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libLLVM.so.18.1 exists in
package libllvm18.
Many binaries have it as a runtime dependency, e.g. doxygen:
$ ldd /usr/bin/doxygen
libLLVM.so.18.1 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libLLVM.so.18.1
(0x00007a1b16400000)
In libllvm18 1:18.1.8-4 the file is missing.
