Public bug reported:
gstreamer-photography-1.0.pc is located in libgstreamer-plugins-
bad1.0-dev, but corresponding shared library and header file are in
libgstreamer-plugins-good1.0-dev).
it smells like an oversight where the package-config file is located in
the wrong dev package and should probably be moved to libgstreamer-
plugins-good1.0-dev.
this currently causes me headaches with qt-multimedia's gstreamer
backend
