Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped: * No-change rebuild for CVE-2024-3094 * No-change rebuild for CVE-2024-3094 * Fix compilation when timespec.tv_usec is a different size from 'long'. The time_t failure is fixed in https://github.com/mongodb/mongo-c-driver/commit/d91f35da67e97254117d42f852d1132c073e4704 which is in >= 1.27.0 upstream release.
