We've updated to use "timedatectl" but "hwclock" to set hardware clock
for Ubuntu 24.04 and later releases. The fix is included in the recent
releases of vCenter:
VMware vCenter Server 8.0U3 & 8.0U3a
VMware vCenter Server 7.0 Update 3q
Need image change needed after upgrading vCenter server to the above
releases.
