I was told to run update anytime I make changes in kubuntu-meta and this
was brought in. I do not see the change in our seed for noble, however I
do see
kubuntu-meta (1.453) oracular; urgency=medium
* Update for oracular
* Refreshed dependencies
* Added iw to desktop
* Added libayatana-appindicator3-1 to desktop-recommends [arm64 armhf
ppc64el riscv64]
* Removed libappindicator3-1 from desktop-recommends [arm64 armhf
ppc64el riscv64]
* Removed plasma-vault from desktop-recommends [ppc64el]
* Moved kerneloops to desktop

I am going to be honest here and admit I don't have a clue where this
change came from, or why someone would remove one of our key packages.
Looking at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/plasma-vault shows it
has built fine for ppc64el and it is in our seed. I guess I can add it
back??
