epiphany-browser fails to build on s390x. s390x is not supported as an
Ubuntu Desktop architecture.
epiphany-browser has no reverse dependencies. Therefore, please remove
epiphany-browser on s390x so that other updates to this package reach
our users.
I have reported the build failure upstream.
