confirmed - removal of "/etc/default/kdm.d/20_kubuntu_default_settings" file
is also essential to get old behaviour of kdm back, there simple log out was
enough to see changes made, e.g. then you change a theme it will be applied
without the silly need to reboot or "sudo /etc/init.d/kdm restart" ...
what are the advantages of "/etc/default/kdm.d/20_kubuntu_default_settings"
file anyway?
