Public bug reported:
hkl fails to build on Ubuntu's s390x which is blocking the completion of
the gsl and poppler transitions.
hkl has no arch-specific reverse dependencies. Its reverse dependencies
are 2 arch-all Python packages and some metapackages.
Therefore, please remove hkl on s390x.
