Some kernels produce a linux-*-source-<version> binary deb package. That
is all wrong and confusing, only the primary/main linux source package
should produce that package.
[Test Case]
Check list of built binary packages in LP and verify the package is not
built.

Already installed packages won't upgrade and become stale.
