Is anything in your report a regression, i.e., a new issue that was not there a few days ago?
What is this large text setting and where is it used? In the web pages themselves or in Chromium's interface elements such as tab bar, configurations menu etc.? What is this 'top bar named New Tab - chromuim'? Can you send a picture? You list the 15 s bug first under Xorg but then say 'Chromium now launches directly into the Wayland session without any delay', can you clarify what is the session affected? What is the patch you talk about?
