Under Ubuntu 22.04.4 on Wayland, since upgrade to kernel 6.8, when moving
mouse, on a dark background, white bars are created...

Remembering a previous bug, I added "i915.enable_psr=0" to grub, and the
problem disappears...
Under Xorg, no problem.
