Public bug reported:
I installed qemu-system-misc 1:9.0.2+ds-4ubuntu1 form oracular-proposed
both on an riscv64 and an amd64 system.
qemu-system-riscv64 -M virt -nographic
does not show OpenSBI being started.
QEMU v9.0.2 compiled from unmodified upstream source works just fine.
/usr/share/qemu/opensbi-riscv32-generic-fw_dynamic.bin and
/usr/share/qemu/opensbi-riscv64-generic-fw_dynamic.bin are provided by
qemu-system-data. So this is not the gap.
