Hi I am on Ubuntu 22.04 and I am having this flickering issue too.

uname -r

I tried to add intel_iommu=igfx_off to /etc/default/grub
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT= but does NOT seem to work I still have the
flickering at my PC is not usable.
