[ Impact ]
OpenJDK 22 is a latest released OpenJDK. This is a short term support
release and was removed from the release pocked of Noble. This bug is
raised to introduce openjdk-22 into -updates pocket so that it can be
removed once EOL (17 Sep 2024).

- Perform a PPA build and validate jtreg test results
- Perform piuparts test to validate package installability
[ Where problems could occur ]
There are no packages in the archive dependant on openjdk-22.
