Yes, and this is expected, because we actually have an even newer release of autopkgtest, and we don't have the resources to do a lot of SRU verification, so we only want to do it once, but the newer release is currently blocked on a new dependency that needs MIR, described in bug 2076381. We'll update that SRU once the MIR is unblocked.
