Public bug reported:

I'm filing this bug against chromium-browser, but it might be better
against whoopsie?

I'm getting two popups (which steal my focus!) every three minutes with
the text:

```
Problem in chrome
Sorry, the program "chrome" closed unexpectedly
Your computer does not have enough free memory to automatically analyze the
problem and send a report to the developers.
```

This happens with google-chrome-stable and chromium-browser (which I
just installed via apt).

The popup happens with a single blank tab open.

Chrome/Chromium doesn't seem to be affected by the crash. Everything
seems to continue working fine.

This issue started this morning, I'm attaching my dpkg.log from last
night (google-chrome-stable)

Description:    Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS
Release:        24.04

I have 32G system RAM and I have closed all other programs. It still
shows the same error message.
