Hi Philip, Okay I will do this later today, since I am working in the old kernel at the moment.
There reason i added theses is simply that I am still somewhat new to Linux and just searched my way through stack overflow... Most people that had a similar issue and solved it had indeed either NVIDIA gpus or AMD processors. So all I know is that it happens every time i try to wake up from a suspend with the 6.8.0-40 kernel; both with and without Wayland disabled. And it hasn't happened so far when using the 6.5.0-45 kernel.
