From your logs, it seems you have a third party repository installed
(https://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/pgadmin/pgadmin4/apt/jammy). This seems
to be the source of the conflicting package: pgsql-psqlman.
This use case is not supported. The workaround fix here would be to
remove the offending package (pgsql-psqlman).
