Public bug reported: this bug could be with TESTCASE itself & not what I've filed against. Install attempted on - sony vaio ultrabook svp11216cgb (i5-9400u, 4gb, intel haswell-ULT)
The 1811 (https://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/milestones/450/builds/311610/testcases/1811/results/) testcase requires me to use lubuntu-installer-prompt to connect to wifi.. HOWEVER I had no such option on this wifi-only device.. I had no options in drop-down; nothing I could select. I can connect to wifi correctly (thus was filed using ubuntu-bug on device) but only after LIVE session was connected and I can use nm- tray.. however I had no such option available at lubuntu-installer- prompt as mandated by install QA testcase). Of note, when I start `nm-tray` on the live session and open up dialog, no options exist there either.. I need to click + add add... thus what I see in lubuntu-installer-prompt doesn't worry me... If it wasn't for testcase; I'd just connect to wifi using nm-tray (adding wifi device) & then start calamares to install. Importance of this bug is ~null (its petty).
