Public bug reported:
Please remove rust-spytrap-adb on s390x for the same reasons it was
removed in Debian.
rust-spytrap-adb was only ever in oracular-proposed but was unable to
migrate first because it was uninstallable on s390x and now because it
was built once on s390x but the build is missing now.
