During a test rebuild for oracular
(https://people.canonical.com/~ginggs/ftbfs-report/test-
rebuild-20241209-oracular-oracular.html#ubuntu-server-pkgset), erlang
failed to build with:
ERROR: autoconf of version 2.72 found in path! You need to have autoconf
of version 2.71 in path.
This issue should be fixed by the version in debian sid. Merge it to fix
the FTBFS.
