This concerns libmodpbase64-dev in jammy, noble, and oracular (version
3.10.3+git20180306-1.1).
There is no i386 build. Debian provides one:
https://packages.debian.org/sid/libmodpbase64-dev
Please enable the architecture for this package, as it may be needed for
a cross-build dependency.
