Upgraded from Ubuntu 22.04 to 24.04 and now hibernate fails with "Invalid
argument". Tried the steps from #2 and this leads to the error "Not enough
suitable swap space for hibernation available on compatible block devices and
file systems" although hibernating worked fine before updating. After a reboot
I'm back to "Invalid argument".
When following the advice to /sys/power/resume the error is gone but instead of
hibernating the screen goes black for a moment and then the desktop returns.
Also, when looking into the file later the content returned to "0:0".
What works is pm-hibernate but I wouldn't know how to add it to the power menu
and power button.

This is so annoying...
