OK, I think I understand now. I was unfamiliar with the "command-not-
found" package. Since the description of the package is "Suggest
installation of packages in interactive bash sessions", and you are
operating in a zsh session, NOT a bash session, I have to conclude that
this is not really a bug. If I have misunderstood, or you disagree,
please reopen the ticket with the steps-to-reproduce.
