This crash can happen on upgrades in case the package in question has
been removed on the newer release.
Example call for Ubuntu 24.04 upgrade:
/usr/share/apport/package_hook -p mime-support --tags dist-upgrade [...]
mime-support has been removed in Ubuntu 24.04.
