Description of the bug
gimp-help-en package depends on wslu package, on Linux. Unless I am
misunderstand the wslu purpose (Windows related capabilities), it's not making
sense.
As per https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gimp/-/issues/11991#note_2214105 it's not
a GIMP issue.
Environment/Versions
GIMP version: 2.10.36-3ubuntu0.24.04.1
Package: Official Kubuntu 24.04.1 package

Reproduction
Is the bug reproducible? Always
Reproduction step: Trying to remove or purge wslu package
Expected result: No dependency of gimp-help-en package
Actual result: Dependency of gimp-help-en package
Additional information
Not sure why, but in fact the gimp-help-en package was installed after a system
prompt (and not as part of initial installation of GIMP).
wslu version 3.2.3-0ubuntu3
For more clarity, this below is the output of sudo apt-get remove wslu
