Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. The relevant dpkg terminal log says:

Using DTB: bcm2710-rpi-zero-2-w.dtb
Couldn't find DTB bcm2710-rpi-zero-2-w.dtb on the following paths:
/etc/flash-kernel/dtbs /usr/lib/linux-image-5.15.0-1055-raspi
/lib/firmware/5.15.0-1055-raspi/device-tree/
Installing  into /boot/dtbs/5.15.0-1055-raspi/./bcm2710-rpi-zero-2-w.dtb
cp: cannot stat '': No such file or directory
run-parts: /etc/initramfs/post-update.d//flash-kernel exited with return code 1

/etc/initramfs/post-update.d/flash-kernel is the failing part and comes
from flash-kernel. Therefore re-assigning to flash-kernel.

** Package changed: initramfs-tools (Ubuntu) => flash-kernel (Ubuntu)
