The following packages are currently not compatible with the mpi-
defaults change from openmpi -> mpich, either they FTBFS or fail their
autopkgtests.
Since the no-change rebuilds were "no-ops" on 64-bit architectures, it
should be sufficient to remove the armhf binaries only.
abinit was removed from Debian testing on 2024-07-19
Please remove the following binaries from Oracular:
