Ubuntu better. The relevant dpkg terminal log says:
xz: (stdout): Schreibfehler: Auf dem Gerät ist kein Speicherplatz mehr
verfügbar
So generating the initramfs fails because your /boot partition is full.
Please cleanup or better increase your boot partition. Feel free to
continue to report any other bugs you may find.
