This must be a silly bug in how we initialize the depcache in apt, as
when reinstalling fwupd, marking it automatic, and then calling
autoremove, the autoremove does nothing:

root@mantic-to-noble-proposed:~# apt install fwupd
[...]
root@mantic-to-noble-proposed:~# apt-mark auto fwupd
fwupd set to automatically installed.
root@mantic-to-noble-proposed:~# apt-get autoremove -s
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Reading state information... Done
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 1 not upgraded.
