It's seriously worse, alas. While the laptop stopped properly with "Power Off", after two days, this means also stopped. The next time I opened up a terminal and issued a "sudo poweroff" which resulted in the same behaviour. Systemd seems to shut down almost everything, except of 'reaching' for the reboot respectively power button. For the last 5 days I haven't been able once to shut down / restart a single time without pressing the physical power button.
