QEMU moved some of its helper binaries to /usr/libexec/:

Today Debian decided to revert the move:

I'm personally glad that they did that; the move was already causing
some headaches with libvirt and would likely break a few installations
out in the wild.

I intend to backport this change to QEMU ASAP.
