Public bug reported:
Please remove pytzdata from the archive and block it from syncing from
Debian. pytzdata has its own copy of tzdata which we do not want to keep
updating. Python applications and libraries should use zoneinfo from the
standard library which was introduced in Python 3.9.
```
$ reverse-depends -sb python3-pytzdata
Reverse-Build-Depends
=====================
* python-discord
* stravalib
```
Those two packages have removal requests as well: bug #2079809 and bug
#2079816
