Unfortunately, this is running on Mint, not Ubuntu, and you have the out-of-tree virtualbox drivers installed. These are two things we can not provide support for. I will close this ticket for now, but if you reproduce this on Ubuntu directly, without the out-of-tree drivers, please re-open this ticket, and we can look into it. Also, please run the command "apport-collect 2079782" to include all the relevant logs and data.
