For me bug still not fixed in Ubuntu 24.04.1.
Disabling apparmor rules does nothing because those rules does not
exist:
$ LANG=C sudo apparmor_parser -R /etc/apparmor.d/usr.bin.evince
apparmor_parser: Unable to remove "/usr/bin/evince". Profile doesn't exist
I reported this error here:
