Public bug reported:

There are currently two significant problems with the theming on Lubuntu
24.10:

* The Lubuntu Arc theme's LXQt Panel stylesheet results in all icons in the
application menu being slammed up against the left side of the screen.
* Breeze appears to no longer be compatible with LXQt properly, resulting in
progress bars rendering as solid white.
* The SDDM theme is totally broken because it isn't Qt5-compatible.

To fix the first one, the stylesheet needs adjusted.

To fix the second one, we probably need to resort to switching to
Kvantum. It's made by one of the LXQt developers and has been used
successfully elsewhere in Ubuntu (see Ubuntu Studio) so it should work
well. In my testing it works.

To fix the last one, we just need to update the theme.
