I can confirm this. I had this exact same problem a month back or so - but 
fixed it using a _ugly_ (imho) hack.
Now I reinstalled another computer, and the same problem occurs.....

The Flash plugin is NOT installed.


This is a SERIOUS bug, and if this is the same problem as I experienced a month 
ago, then this is really serious.
IF, on the other hand, this is a new bug of the exact same kind as last time - 
then there are something really wrong. How can this happen? And why does it 
happen, without beeing fixed right away?

Ubuntu needs to sort things like these out, before expecting less
experienced users to enjoy Ubuntu.

For me, this is a huge pain in the ASS now.
