The problem occurs with 6.8.0-40 kernel version. With version 6.5.0-44
problem does not occur.
Every some - unspecified - time system system turns off the monitor.
This is not due to user inactivity. It happens that the monitor is
turned off and on several times within a few seconds.
The problem occurs both when connecting the monitor via usb-c and hdmi.
