Tested linux-firmware 20240318.git3b128b60-0ubuntu2.4 on Ubuntu 24.04.1
Noble.

After a reboot to load the new firmware, wifi can be enabled again and
one can connect to networks providing internet access to T14 Gen5 AMD
laptops using a QCOM WCN7850 card. Wifi also works after suspend/resume
with a rough 10 second wait in between. All symptoms of the mentioned
bug from 20240318.git3b128b60-0ubuntu2.3 are gone.

Verification done on Noble.
