Description of option "mode" (-m, --mode) is incorrect: "Shutdown mode
to use for stop and restart actions, default is smart." (see
https://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/trusty/man8/pg_ctlcluster.8.html#options).
Actually default mode is "fast", not "smart".
