Here is a debdiff that accomplishes this task.  Basically I added three
new patches:

  1.  Add the ssl-cert package as a dependency of ssl-cert.
  2.  Add SSL configuration options to the default config file.
  3.  Enable mod_ssl.

I'm not sure if this approach is the 100% best way to accomplish this,
but I tested the new package in a hardy chroot environment and
everything worked fine for me.  If there is anything needed to make the
patch better please let me know.  Any feedback regarding the patch is
greatly appreciated.
