the thing is that I am having this problem for a long time and signed it
up and therefore get news about it for more than a year. as I've seen,
the other bugs are usually solved within a couple of months, if trust
the reports. The patch is produced and sent by Ubuntu team as an update.
Which hadn't happened with this fast repeat bug. 
And I am not filing many bugs either. :-)

I think, the fact that it is experienced at login might be a good sign -
not that many processes are loaded at that point, so it should be easier
to detect, which one is the cause. 
Anyway, I can't do it myself, therefore signed up to this file and am
asking for help :-)
