Public bug reported:

I have around 1225 packages that Ubuntu doesn't let me upgrade, my
package manager skips through them, I went to upgrade them through
plasma discover but I face an update error that says:

"Cannot remove system package:

WARNING: You are trying to remove the following essential packages:
libapt-pkg6.0 (due to apt) libgnutls30 (due to apt) libext2fs2 (due to
e2fsprogs) "

I'm just trying to update my pc, I'm not trying to remove any essential
libraries, so why does it prompt me this message? I really think that
it's a bug.
