I am running into this issue with nvidia-driver-560-open on wayland in
latest Oracular as of today. Specifically I get this error:

I have a hybrid setup with intel and nvidia discrete GPU so I believe
this thread is about this very situation. I think the situation hasn't
been resolved in every situation.
