** Description changed:

  glances version 3.4.0.3+dfsg-1 that is provided in 24.04.1 contains a
  bug that makes the terminal flicker in the local shell which draws your
  attention to it every time it flickers and is very disturbing.

  This issue is confirmed in the bug tracker[1] for glances and is fixed in
version 4.0 and later and I can confirm that the issue is gone in version 4.1.2
installed via Python pip(x):
  $ glances -V
  Glances version:        4.1.2
  [..]

- Version 4.0.5+dfsg-1 is available in Debian Sid[2], so I am humbly
- requesting that this package should be pulled in to Noble Numbats repos.
+ Version 4.0.5+dfsg-1 is available in Oracular[2] and Debian Sid[3], so I
+ am humbly requesting that this package should be pulled in to Noble
+ Numbats repos.
