Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. The relevant dpkg terminal log says:
ln: failed to create symbolic link
'/var/tmp/mkinitramfs_xIcz65/sbin/mount.ntfs-3g': File exists
E: /usr/share/initramfs-tools/hooks/ntfs_3g.dpkg-new failed with return 1.
update-initramfs: failed for /boot/initrd.img-5.11.0-43-generic with 1.
I cannot reproduce this failure on jammy by installing linux-
generic,initramfs-tools,vim,ntfs-3g. Can you reproduce it?
