Public bug reported:
On login, the displays are always starting up in mirrored, even when a
preset to have them configured differently exists. When using multiple
displays with the same resolution, it's inconvenient but there are no
problems. However, when using displays with different resolutions, then
the screens get messy. The bar gets placed on what is the correct place
on the smaller display, but on the larger one it appears somewhere else.
This also messes with the desktop icons' placements.
